vent tube valve

I was talking with sled shop the other day and was told that someone makes a part that will close off the vent tube by having a theather attached to your body and activated when pulled so that when the sled is on it side it will not leak oil. Has any one hear of this unit and where one can be purchased? He was told they were made in Monroe Washington
