I am going to sell some land I own in Valemount. If you have been to Valemount, it is near the best western on the edge of town. It is facing canoe mountain with a great view. The front looks towards westridge. No one will ever be able to built behind you so you won't lost the views. It is just less than an acre, all services are to the property line.
