V force reeds

Got the old reeds out while replacing the boots with cracks.The reeds are filthy, what would i clean these with or is there a better pair that would help a 06 900 out. Looked in the arkives but didnt see anything about this subject.. Also gonna do the rad elem. but was looking at the pics and what do you put in the hole on the pic? Any help would be appreceated. If anyone has some parts like the boots or reeds would be willing to buy them.

The rubber engine holders or stops are cracked to poo. Bet motor mounts are also..Who would have the replacement ones?

There are a couple companies that make kits that have an aluminum plate that covers the hole. I think SLP has them but for some reason I can't get on their website right now to check for you. Here is the web address though.

reeds

have an 05 900 run the v-force reeds they seam to help with milage and throttle response on mine. to clean the reeds you can use carb cleaner

Guess Iam in for alot of work! How much of the engine needs to be pulled? Can i tilt or lift and replace or does the hole engine need to be pulled? Are the reed boots cheaper threw anyone other that polaris?Wish there was a 900 guru around me over here in wis..

remove air box and throttle bodies and you can remove the reeds donot need to remove motor
