I have a pair of V force III reeds, part number 4510, for Polaris twins 97-2005 except:

900 RMK, Fusion; 700RMK, Fusion....2005-06
600HO (carbs)....2006-08
600HO, 700HO, 800HO (cfi)....2006-09


Brand new they are $258.95

Not sure how many miles, maybe 500 but probably less. They are in great shape, just dusty. Been sitting in the box for about 2yrs lol
