v force issue

Just installed a set of v force 3's in a 10 assualt. Now the sled won't idle. It's not that the idle is set to slow, but when you let it idle down slower than 3300 rpm it acts like you hit the kill switch until you touch the throttle again. I'm guessing something with the throttle position sensor??? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Took it for a short ride. Now most of the time you drop the gas and it will idle fine, but other times it will still act like you hit the kill switch. Anyone?

I am having the same problem.

To fix it i have purchased a new fuel filter and as soon as the dealership can get me in, i will have the TPS set.

Did you try the to reinstall the factory reeds and see if the problem went away? Why did you decide to put VF3's in? Most guys have had issues with the pedals falling apart on our EFI sleds due to lack of lubrication.

did you install the plastic spacer behind the reed block that came with the reeds? I had the same problem and the directions didn't tell me to use the spacer. After installing the spacer, it took care of the problem. Spacer needs to be installed between the reed block and the case. Good luck!
