i read on ksl about the avalanche at Snowbird and they say there is another at the canyons. I will bring along some buddies for the class also

The 2nd one was at Desolation Lake which is behind the Canyons toward brighton. Sounds like they were prepared and got him out very fast.

training is essential to good results. BUT an in-bounds avy at a ski area is very rare and sadly who'd have thought. prayers to that girl.

That is why i want to take a safety class even though i dont ride in avy terrain you never know when there might be one so i want to be prepared

you may be at the bottom of the hill watching someone else when it may happen and your help may be needed so trainning should be done by everyone and pray we never use it. been prepared priceless when saving a life. i'm in for sure.
