So that means it would cost you more to buy it in the USA using our 80 cent loonie.

You can't blame Poo for our taxes (I think you included that in your rounded off figure).
Even a used 7500 dollar sled costs you 8450 OTD once you plate it in BC. Doesn't mean you'll find somebody that thinks it's worth that cause they'll have to pay tax again too.

With the sled prices getting up there maybe our government will give first time sled buyers a tax break lol.

can't see the taxes being the issue for the installed upgrades being 20% higher in Canada. Maybe it is, I don't know. but $18000 or $19000 if you want skid plates bumpers and a cover and spare belt when in 2 years with 1500kms it'll be worth 11-13 I wish I had a disposable income.

canada is almost as large as the united states. We have less people here than the state of California! how do you figure our dollar should be the same? it does suck, road the low american dollar train for a while but everything your use to buying thats from the states will be going up at least 20%......

Maybe you should follow currency exchange...600 CDN is actually less than 500USD. Today 1.2475
