If you dont have a tracking # is there any other way to check if a package is in transit to you or not.

I've been able to call them and have them search for a couple packages by your shipping address. it takes a little bit getting through the phone system, but usually they are able to help you out. esp. since they are 24/7.

You can "track by reference", if the shipper uses the reference thingy.

Personally I prefer fedex... they get stuff to me in a week, UPS takes 2-3 weeks to deliver stuff. Not to mention they're far less restrictive as to what they'll let you send.

thats funny, i have the same problem with fedex as you do UPS. I am usually 2 to 3 days with all my packages from UPS. and weeks with fedex.
