Upload of file failed.??

trying to load pics and keep getting file failed?? tried reducing size still wont work??

I have the same problem. I used to be able to download directly from my hard drive but that will not work. I signed up for a photobucket account but I cannot download from there either.

I can't upload or change any pictures in my profile. Why? I go through the process,but no picture shows up. Do I have to be premium member to change my profile pictures?
