Update 14 st kit or get a 15 Lt

Like to get some suggestions on upgrading my 14 st with the new bearings etc or selling and getting a 15 Lt. I would also buy a 2.3"long track and extensions for the 14 if I keep it. Are the other upgrades worth doing the 15? I wont be able to ride one this year. I hate throw $ on the old one if the 15 is that much better.Thanks for any input.

the new one is definately a bit more refined, but if you do the little driveshaft mod with the new double bearing kit for the stupid good price they are offering, they are not insanely far ahead.

and if your going to do the LT kit with 2.3" track, the older kit with that track will perform on par or ahead of the new LT kits for sure just due to the added lug.

Find a 14 LT for sale, update with the bearing kit that TS sells, and you'll have a kit that runs with the 15's. The refinements on the 15 are very nice, but as far as how the machine moves through the snow it's no amazing jump that will leave you at the bottom of the hill drooling at your buddies on top with 15's. I felt the only real issue with the pre-15 kits were the bearings and now TS stepped in and did the community a solid by offering the update kit for dirt cheap.

I wonder where you could find a used LT for sale...... hrm......

What exactly has changed on the 2015 kits that make it handle so much better then the 2014? I keep getting the impression that the trail handling characteristics on the 2015 are night and day compared to the 2014 or older kits, why so? Thanks

Im stoke for the fourth year of snow bikeing ,ridein about every bike make out there and riden Mountain horse kits from stock to highly moded ,I feel theres a small difference between the 14 s and the 15s per handleing just do the minor updates that have been mentioned and ride like you stole it
