Unusual Wear on Driver/Track

Hoping someone here has experience in what is causing some usual style wear to my driver and track, on the PTO side only.

Stock sled, 163" 3", with ~20hrs and ~400miles.

Track alignment is good, tension is good, and issue only shows up on the PTO side.

I have two older Pros beside to compare, both with 4x the miles and there is nowhere near the wear this Axys is showing.

Any insight for troubleshooting would be appreciated.
