Under Tunnel Exhaust on 2010 Nytro

I would like to move my exhaust under the tunnel on my Nytro Mcx 180. I like the idea of a cleaner looking tunnel, no steam/water vapor getting sucked in the intake, no melting jerry cans or storage bags, not smelling like gas after a ride. Does anyone have template to properly cut and reweld? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. Looks like a great kit. I would like to use the stock muffler if possible to avoid remapping. Basically, keep it in the same place, but move it underneath the tunnel. Does anyone fab such a piece, I'm not a great welder.

Does the air intake still come out the back with this undertunnel setup?

The MCX kit is the best choice. It fits and looks great. The intake still comes out the back. You can get a modified tunnel cooler from Robertson Yamaha. They probably have the stuff in stock.
