Dealer stock is extremely low across the board and so far it's a great snow year in the west - I highly doubt any dealer has sleds to "get rid of," or is discounting any units substantially. Highly likely that MSRP's for 2023 models will see a substantial increase across the board when they debut in Feb/March - best guess minimum 15% up. Highly likely 2023 Snowcheck will see strong orders and limited production again as well.
Adding that all up - I don't see any easing in sled prices on the horizon; only the opposite. Your best option on a new sled is likely to grab something ASAP if you can find it; before prices go up even more. Or hold off for a used private sale unit come spring that you may be able to grind someone on. Just like the used auto market right now - there is no magic bullet for a good deal. Only shot for that would be dumb luck coming across a private sale unit that someone doesn't realize the value of, or happens to be in a bind. Seems to be pretty rare these days tho - everyone has the internet, and it's pretty easy to see what others are asking.
