Asked the same question a few days ago...Slim and Wade suggested this guy. Already got an e-mail back, looks like a nice piece, and they are 60 bones.

Hope this helps....

His name is "IceAge Mfg" on here, although he's not been on in a couple months.

PLUS, you can just use 2 of your stock wheels to save on $$$ ;)

Smittys Speedworks

Smitty makes a great kit. I had his kit on my 05 Summit and put his kit on my XP 154. He did advise that there could be some problems with the stock Doo wheels as they have lightweight bearings. I modified the center spacer on his kit by cutting 3/8 of an inch out of the center. This allowed me to run all three wheels between the skids. The center wheel runs on the track between the two port windows. I have not had any problems with this set up and still get the full effect of the delete kit.

I had one of smitty's on my 05 and it worked perfectly, I helped a buddy put one on an 08 xp and we had to do some tweaking to make it work, seemed like it was not perfected. I still would have used one of his kits on my XP but it came with a 2 wheel billet kit on it.

smitty

I have had a Smitty 2 wheel kit on my sled for 3 years... 07, & 08 DOO... Looks cool... not sure what it does,,,,, but cool...

...lightweight bearings....

Never heard of these before. What is a lightweight bearing and what is the difference to a regular bearing and to a NTN premuim bearing? What are the disadvantages vs advantages?

Or did you mean "light duty" bearing vs heavy duty bearing? In reference to the smaller ID/OD of the bearing.

Thanks in advance.

Mike also cut me these rails so I could run 8" wheels, they are the same rails that Rob Alford uses on his sled! Under $200 for the rails, and stronger than if i went with an offset axle!
