Two Rear Axle Wheels or Four?

I have a 2008 M10 Sno Pro and debating whether to buy the two wheel axle kit. I've heard and read that the two wheel kit side hills better and more flexable which is good. But on the flip slide, how much stability would you loose when hill climbing the rough and rutted up hills? Thankyou in adance for the advice!

If when you say ruff and rutted up you mean you are hillclimb racing or rockclimbing i would stay with more wheels not just for stability but for durability....if not two should be fine

I've ran both, and havent noticed any negatives really. Not much for trail riding around here, so i cant judge too much on that. Honestly, the M practically falls over for sidehilling and stuff, that i dont think i really even noticed a difference there. It does help cut down on the amount of snow that hangs out in the skid, and looks pretty cool, so what the hell. I wouldnt buy a kit though. With the right sized tap, and a couple heavyduty washers, you can whip up one in your shop while sipping on a hot rum, or beer, spending no money. Did that on my M7, woulda done it to my new sled but she came like that. Its easy, giver hell!

I have not found a disadvantage yet. 3000+ miles.

Do a search, there is a lot of threads on it.

Did it on my 07 M1000 and noticed it did side hill a bit better, my opinion is that if the factory does it why the heck not do it.
