yeah, mt haggin out by anaconda is still glowing white right now, and its been sunny all morning, things are looking really good for winter!!
Whooo hoooo!! I was in the Ruby sunday before the storm and there was still snow drifts on Black Butte Mtn and Lazy Man.
Sucks to miss it but I am currently almost 1000 miles north of Butte at work.
still quite a bit of snow off on all the hills in anaconda, the pioneers looked to have gotten some snow as well.
and ther is snow on stone house mt and the noch too i was up ther sat night camping

Mt Haggin never lost its snow from last year. Either has some of the other mountains around here. There has been snow up at a couple of lakes all summer long. The snow we got lately just added to it.
yeah, i could see there were still a few chunks hanging on right when we got the fresh. looks to be some ealy riding this year!!
I heard from Dean at Redline that a few lucky souls already picked up snowchecked Dragons.
