Does anyone know if this will be a sled that will be available for this season? If it is available this winter I'd be one mad customer if I ordered one in the spring thinking I'll have the latest and greatest cat has to offer. That's why sled manufacturers should never do mid-season releases, one release in the spring and done until next year IMO.

Not sure, this press release was just sent out on the 29th, so we doubt that any insider details have leaked thus far being a holiday weekend. In our opinion though, this is likely a new model option for existing chassis, so you will likely have the latest and greatest still, just may have other options that your chassis does not.

We were wondering if possibly they are "Special Edition" sleds like they release the race sled every year and the replica. It would make sense seeing a short and long track silhouette since Cat now has a Backcountry team. Maybe editions with rider input, graphics, and setups??

Hmm guess we will know in four days!
