looking at putting a set of twine pipes an a can on my 01 skidoo summit. is their any major tuning issues id have to deal with compared to the stock exhaust?
Jetting will be your first concern, and then a tight fit could melt the hood. The rpm will likely need to be higher and keep in mind most factory Ski-Doo tachs are off 200 rpm or so on the low side.Try running it between 8000 and 8200 rpm on the factory tach.
