Twin pipes vs. Single on 600 HO

I have piped every sled I have ever owned dating back to a 83 Indy 600. I just picked up a 2007 600ho rmk and it has a slp single pipe and a boondockers nitrous kit already installed. The guy threw in a set of crankshop twins that he bought for the machine as part of the sale. I am very impressed with the performance of the sled the way it is. Anybody care to chime in on wether the twins will add that much hp or torque? Am I going to run into a clutching/tuning nightmare? Premature burndown?

I ran a set of PSI twins on my old gen2 800 and loved them. I know nothing about crankshop pipes. From their webstite it looks like they are big into racing which I am not.

I guess what I'm looking for are the pros/cons of the twin pipes on these newer machines. Should I leave her alone or take the plunge and pipe her up?

My style of riding is mainly hillclimbing at 6000-10,000'.
