Turning up the oiler on the 2013 800 Pro?

Get your ratio before wasting your time. The 13's are rumored to be where they should be.

4 turns put mine anywhere from 45:1-37:1 depending on riding conditions. More WOT= more oil consumption. This is on a 2013 800.

The way I got to mine was with the hood off. Looking down from the top it is the screw with a jam nut and some blue/yellow/ and white paint on it. Back the jam nut off ( hold the tab with something or it will bend) then turn screw clock wise to your hearts content. I believe my can was off so I could get in from the side to hold the tab. There are good pictures on here somewhere but I cannot find the post. It is really pretty self explanatory once the hoods off and ya find it. Polaris put it in a real handy spot...

The crank doesn't "use" it per se, the oil is still burnt as it goes through the motor.
