I know there has been a lot of talk about, adding oil to the tank, and turning up the pump. But does anyone have any SOLID info how turning the pump up? what is it set at from the factory? i would think around 50:1 for emissions. I remember reading a thread about a lot of dyno tests and that at 32:1 was were the motor made the best power. I have always ran my dirt bikes on this and loved this mix and agree that it really does work. Anyone know how far to turn the pump to get a 32:1 mix on our pros?

Also for the guys that are adding Pre mix, how much oil are you adding? And are you guys just adding and leaving the pump alone or both?

And correct me if am wrong but the oil is added through the crank case? I kinda wanna turn it up just for that reason.

I turned mine up last year. I turn it just under one turn and seem to be at about 40:1 now. Turned it up because it was using so little oil. I didnt take anything off but the hood. Maybe the pipe, dont remember. It is fairly easy to get at if you have a bunch of long extentions. Also some guys say 3 turns. I dont think I would go more than one first. Then check it.
