How important is it to have a slip joint, or ball joint on the turbo side of the pipe? With as much spring pressure as some are putting on them I wonder if there is much benefit.

I saw where Keven recently posted some pics in a pipe wrap thread and the pipe was sold mount. So it got me thinking. It would be easier to not have a jct., but I don't want to end up with a cracked pipe out on the mountain. I was going to mount my turbo solid. So it would only have to deal with engine movement. Most of the M kits use the can mounts. So there is quite a bit of movement until the pipe is hooked up.
Yes but make sure you get the right ones for the turbo heat and pressure. So they will not come apart. We have them in the stock.
