I have a 08 800 dragon with a BD PG turbo kit with the mini intercooler. This year I have been running 100 percent av gas and it has been working good. But it has never been the same after the piston update was done. It was hard starting when hot and idled rougher then before. After talking with a few guy's and reading about that on the forum, I had my sled ecm reprogrammed back to the 09 flash. It now run's better, starts better and pulls harder. I have a problem with my egt's getting hot. Once I got some elevation it was better but still hotter then before. I kept increasing the psi numbers on the BD box trying to lower the egt's. The sled is running good but with this flash it seems to build heat alot quicker then before. My question is if it is set up to rich. Could the extra av gas be burning in the pipe and giving me a false egt reading. I was thinking about trying 50/50 av gas and premium gas to see how that works. Thanks.

How much boost are you running? And at what elevation?

It all depends were we ride. Within a couple of hours in any direction from my house we can be unloading at sea level or go up to 9000 ft. So at low elevation I have the boost controller turned all the way down to about 5 - 6 psi. At elevation I have had it turned up to about 12 psi. But most of the riding we do it's at about 8 psi boost.
