Turbo pro gearing
The gearing in your chain case has very little to do with your top speed. That is unless you are a lake racer and have a mile or so to buildup speed. With your 2.1 gear ratio, 8,000 rpm shift, 8 tooth 2.86" drivers your top speed, with the clutches at 1 to 1, should be somewhere around 85MPH. You could drop your gear ratio to 1.5 and in theory have a top speed over 100. You don't have the horsepower for that. I ran 9 pounds of boost last year with 19/45 gears and the belt ran in the outer 25% of the primary. I had track speeds in the low sixty's with a 174X3" going up the hill. Hope that helps.
