Looking to bye a C3 from Kevin. Everything looks good, but would love to hear first hand from Turbo Pro owners that are running the C3. Miles, Track, how often ya been or have to ajust tensioner, and any other info ya have. Thks

No turbo but here is my story. I was blowing q d belts on the average every 250 miles or so, all mechanical parts were good. No worn bearings no extreme run out on drive shaft or jack shaft.
Installed the c3 drive as per instructions 1/2 inch belt deflection mid span on belt at room temp. Which equals about 1/4 inch deflection when warmed up.
I now have over 300 miles on this system without touching it.
I just make sure the deflection is ok after every ride. Which I haven't had to adjust yet.
This system produces so little friction on the belt that after 300 miles the mold release compound on the belt is still over half there
Compared to the poo belt which lost the compound in under 50 miles.
I had been monitoring my pulley temps and belt temps when stock. My upper pulley would get 90 - 100 degrees bottom pulley 30- 40 degrees. Now everything stays the same temp no heat soaking anywheres.

IMHO the stock q d belt is too tight around the top pulley which in turn creates the heat that kills the belts. Everything else being the same the only thing really changed is the tension on the top pulley and voila no more heat.
