Turbo nytro in Canada

Hey guys, I have my 2012 Rush for sale and as soon as its sold Ill be lookin for a turbo nytro. Anyone in Canada that would happen to have one for sale? I would also consider buying from the US but Im not sure what kind of hassle it would be to get it across the border.

Thanks.

To import a sled, u have to give the canadian customs 72 hrs notice that u want to import it legally. Then u agree on what crossing u will be going through, and they will do an inspection of the sled and MAKE SURE that u have the TITLE with the sled from the original owner (not applicable in all states). Then u pay ur 12% hst on ur purchase price and voila

So the title from the original owner would be their registration papers or a bill of sale? Also, do you know what they would need at motor registration to register it? Im assuming it would just be the paperwork from border services and the bill of sale.

it's 5% if you cross at an alberta crossing (there are good deals i got my apex for less then half the cost.)
It's us customs that need 72 hrs to see if it is stolen once you get your paper work stamped for them then you go to the canadian side

I would still have to pay the other 8% tax when I register it here so I guess either way I would have to pay 13%. I wonder how much it would be for transport from the midwest to Montreal? I can get it the rest of the way from there for free. Any other good places to look for sleds for sale besides the swapmeet on here?

Haha sorry if I sound a little stupid at this but when I sold my last couple sleds, I just gave them my original registration certificate. I assume that is also called the title.

The title is another piece of paper that americans deal with. I just bought a used dirt bike in Rexburg last week and to bring it home I needed the title AND bill of sale, it's like a bill of sale, but its just another piece of paper.

Ok I have found something that suits my fancy. For anyone on here that has imported from the US, what did u need exactly for paperwork, inspections? I know that I would need the vehicle title and bill of sale. Anything else?

Thanks.
