Turbo guys, Integrity, Silber, What that worth!

Just wanted to post a public thank you note on here to Silber, I purchased a Boondocker intercooled kit this year for my Pro and had some run issues that i need help with so i posted the topic here on the forum. I dont personally know Silber but he took the time and went out of his way to PM me and offer his tunning help on Christmas day. Can you say Stand Up Guy???
That my friends, is the measure of integrity. If i had it to do over again thats reason enough to buy the Silber kit. I dont plan on taking his time on Christmas but i fully intend to give him a shout on Monday.
Pretty nobal to offer help to sombody you dont know, running the competitors turbo kit on Christmas day. My hats off to you brother and all i can hope for is that Bd would do the same for a fellow sledder.
This is the way customer loyality is earned.
Now lets see if i can get my sled up to snuff.

Thing started on the second pull and purrs like a kitten .

For sure, Next level was Johnny on the spot to get me parts and gear. Hats off to you also Cory. I apreciate your personal help and willingness to lend a hand in helping me get this thing figured out. Same with the ABS packs that you advised us on so we got what worked for our needs not just a quick sale. Everybody sells parts but those that understand service can offer what nobody else has a line on. Thats what sets the winners and loosers apart in this sport.

I called with some questions during the install...at 9 pm his time and he helped me out. Then he called back, at 1 AM to let me know he was going to bed and if i had anything major to call and wake him up, if there was anything minor please call in the morning! That alone speaks wonders to me! Then to top it off, out riding that next sunday I called with some tuning questions out riding and got an imediate call back! As far as I'm concerned that alone is more than enough to buy his set up

not to mention his kit was complete, has amazing spool up, still haven't had to change box numbers, absolutely beautiful craftsmanship, and was quite a lot cheaper than the next cheapest option.

I did the same thing, placed a call into Justin late and 9:30 Idaho time he is on the other end of the phone . Justin needs to put some real focus on getting a idoit poof set of install pics and instruction for poeple like me so he can get some sleep and have time get a cat or ski-doo set up started !!!!!!

Just great stuff to hear. Times are tuff and people are on edge in almost every aspect of life. Hearing storys like this and seeing people go the xtra mile is awesome. Great Christmas spirit to say the least.
