turbo exhaust question

ok im running a boondocker set up on my apex and im building the exit exhaust


what would sound the best

dual exhaust out the side panel or into the tunnel?

maybe for people watching, or when someones diggin out on the middle of a hill and you go blowin by em ttt!


I love the sound out the side panel but to each his own! Dont know about the diffrence in pow performance between the two though.

its loud out the side pannel and its just about righ dumping in the tunnel

my last sled was a boondocker Apex I would do a tunnel dump all day long and if you can figure out how to dump it on the top of the track insted of the side of track i would. My Apex was stupid loud and it was a side tunnel dump when it was sitting next to a top tunnel dump apex it seamed like it was at leats 2 times as loud. The sound of a side dump was cool for about 30 min after that for the next 2 years it just was loud and kinda pissed of the greenies not that I cared but the are making the policy in the world and as are riding area is shrinking I think that quit is always better

i will exit in the tunnel i think and see how it goes

Your making the right choice in my opinion. When theres fresh snow it will be muffled some at the least and it will still sound mean. I have some friends with Alpines kits and run there exhaust strait out the side from the turbo,"pant burner"and their blow your face off loud when there on the pin and your ridding on the left hand side of them. After a while it will get to ya being killer loud. You work with some good people, I Phoned your store to buy a coat, you got some good prices on items but Klim wont sell to us Canadians from the US ???Oh well, I had a good laugh with one of your staff.
