Hey Guys,
Just thought i would post a couple vids of my last couple days of riding. Sled is a 2011 etec with a 163x3" track on 7 tooth drivers. Modded stock pipe with stinger removed and seams welded, cold air intake kit. Trask kit with bigger injectors and boost it fuel controller. Sled ran sweet all week 5 days of riding didnt touch any buttons day in and out. Sled is at 8 lbs and running 50/50 pump and c12. One vid is a steep and deep long pull and the other is just me playing around. Sorry about the drawn out conversation in the one vid I didnt edit the videos. Figured guys would wanna see some footage of something other than an aero kit. Enjoy.

running dam good, any idea what a/f you were running on the second video, sounded like she was working hard

we have been getting the raves not closeing all the way on low rpm ses code, and been stoped with this problem, have you had that??

we also went with bigger injectors and the boost it box on the trask, and when it runs before it codes, it runs well, around the 12.8a/f, but then codes in less than 60 seconds

how do you like your snorkel, we are planning to do something with the one as well, just not sure on location yet, any tips??

The air fuels on the sled are 12.8 to 13. Egt's are 1250 to 1300. The snorkel is from turbo performance it works really well I can tell the difference having it on. As for reeds I was running boyesen turbo reeds but they didn't last too long for me. I have been running stacked boyesen reeds this year with success. The sled is running really good with no bottom end bog or hessitation. Just a slight turbo lag from a standstill. Gotta say a big thanks to Neil from boost it he saved the sled for me. It runs sweet now. Lots of fun!

we also went with a larger downpipe off the turbo and turned it into a tunnel dump, the reaon for it was to drop egts, never understood why they went with that small of pipe, it seamed to do the job we intended

Yep the downpipe is too small for sure. Gonna switch that out as well when i get time. I havent had the rave valve code yet i havent turned the boost up above 8-10 lbs yet so i dont think i should be too woried about it.

found a blown bellows today. pin hole, on mag side, could be the problem we were seeing causing the code

do you have the pressure relief valve turned all the way out on ur trask kit?

i will ask, sled is 300 miles away from me right now, if i remember, i thought it was i turn from being all the way turned in

I actually don't remember off the top of my head. I just did what was in the track manual when I put it in. I will have to take a look.
