The blanket is well worth it!
It really controls alot of the heat and withstands alot of moisture. I also use the titanium wrap and also like this product alot. However, I do re-wrap it every other year because it gets a little old from heat and moisture.

What about blankets for the header too, anyone ever have any made? What about wrapping them? You guys ever worry about the blankets/wrap getting wet and keeping the moisture in causing the hearder or turbo to rust over time??

Thats good info...I've been thinking of getting one for mine since it is a front mount. I've always been paranoid with the turbo under the fuel tank - so a little more insulation there would ease my fears a little bit.

DEI blanket works great. It does become brittle after a few heat cycles and will be destroyed if you take it off. Other than that it has been a good unit for me.
