Turbo 4strokes

I got a honest question for ya? How are you turbo guys keeping the sled from flipping? Are you sucking the limiter straps way down? I ride with a turbo nytro and everytime it goes over the top of something steep it looks like it is going to flip over backwards.n He has a mountain tamer rear end in it also.

The turbo Nitro with no modifications to the rear skid is a wheelie machine.

Any decent turbo is going to keep the nose in the air, it kills the climbing potential of the sled.

Call Scott at Diamond S he has some good inexpensive ideas for the stock skid.

Check out this thread, it shows some mods to do to the Mtn Tamer to help with the front end.

M10 for the big climbs, mountain tamer for all around use...IMHO

he bought the wrong suspension should of bought an M-10

nah, M-10 is like any other suspension, if it is set up well, it does well...TTabs just needs to add some shims...but he does not want to, as he loves the wheelies...secondarily, it will be worse with the the boost controller on there...he will NOT believe the difference it makes!!!

tell him to have fun and ditch the skiis for his Elk River ride this weekend... :) wish I could make it, but too many other things going on...

There is no question that the M-10 will keep the nose down. To the best of my knowledge there is no other skid that can climb like the M-10.

But if you do not have thousands of dollars for an M-10. There are some things a guy can do that will make a significant difference for little or no money.

So I guess it really matters whether you are asking what is the best hill climb rear suspension or what can I do with what I have now.

Ya I guess that is the question:) what can he do now besides staying off the throttle.

HEY, dont leave out the ez ryde. If these are set up correctly they can work pretty well to. Mine is working awsome. Probably will never run anything but this again.:beer; Thanks to Troy @ LCC :D:beer;

My sled didn't wheelie too bad last year even at 17psi. But then again I ran the Maverick(and thought it was great). The Camo Extreme sure is a different animal, LOL

I rode a MCX nytro with the 3 inch 174 and it hooks way hard....almost to hard IMO.....doesnt alow for any thinking:) I'm still running the Mav and I think it works good....but maybe if I had an extreme I would change my opinion.
