Tunnel

I guess I dont understand. Would it take some mod, drilling? looks close. have'nt taken measurements or anything else yet. Thanks for your input. I will have to figure something out.

the construction of the two is way different you can try maybe you will get lucky and have a working sled when you are done...

The width dimension is very close, the height is the question. If you wanted to remove the sides from the exchangers and shorten them or raise the top of the tunnel a little like Tison used to do to the Gen 2's then it will work.

Have a good look at the FTX build thread of the RUSH-RMK mod they built back in 2010.

The roof of the tunnel will work, but the sides have holes in the wrong places... some big holes.

How bad is your tunnel?

Pix?

I guess I'm not seeing what you are seeing, I perused the build thread you specified and still did not see the large holes. He said Dragon tunnel not a Rush tunnel?? I have a dragon 163" and an PRO 163" tunnel in the garage right now and the only holes I see are for the running board support and they line up, but I may well be missing something. As I'm not going to run a stock suspension and I'm trading the Aluminum top and sides out for Carbon Fiber / Kevlar skins, I'm not worried about a few suspension bolt holes in the wrong spot.

tunnel

Tunnel was bad behind the drive shaft. I straightened it and it looks good except now it has a twist. Was gonna use aksnowrider's kit but dont know how to get the twist out. Thanks for all the response. I really appreciate it. I guess I just have measure and look at the holes.
