Okay I am installing the arctic cat rear bumper conversion on a 2007 m1000 right now and I have came to a skreeching hault on the conversion. I have pretty much everything done far as the bumper part, but those little tunnel gusset keep breaking when I install them into tunnel rolls. I had decided to grind down the ends ends for them to fit into the orignal rolls, then they break. I am leaving plenty of meat on them. I just don't understand how you guys are doing the kit, without installing new tunnel rolls or doing the bdx gussets. Any idea on how to install the gussets with the orignal rolls would be much appreciated. Thanks.
