For those who might be interested...I am producing some of these for both the dragon/Iq sleds and the pro sleds...have 1 set of 155 pro's out there already(no pics yet but they look just like these except where they meet the bulkhead up in the foot well..) I am getting ready to build some for some 163 pros as well..all are 1/8 in. material..and I can do them with or without a gas rack...this first sled pictured is a turbo sled..he hooked the bumper when he wheelied it and it tweaked the bumper portion...we had already planned a layover brace to strengthen this area..but he couldnt wait to ride..oh well ..easy fix..the new ones will have the extra brace...I already work two jobs..so this is gonna be a feeler for how much demand there is..I certainly dont want to get either overwhelmed, or spend my life savings on something 3 other peeps want..so give me an idea if you would be seriously interested or not..also weight wise..(I have to say..i didnt weigh them..but those who saw the ones I put on my dragon last season..made from 1/4 material weighed in at 6.5 pds..so these arnt going to add much weight but will add lots of strength...thanks for the time...

my dragon from last year..gives you an idea on the gas rack..
price wise a 155 tunnel kit will be aprox 450 without powdercoat or shipping, (includes the sides, layover braces, bumper, lower tube to keep snowflap off bumper, and your choice of solid rivits or pop rivits, i would recommend regardless of what type rivit you use..to use either lords epoxy(what polaris uses to glue the bulkhead togeather) or 3M panel adhesive..the finished job will be much stronger..let me know what you think..thanks..mike
