tunnel extension

has there ever been any patterns floating around here to make a tunnel extension for a 2004 edge switchback 700, im going from 144 to 156, i have the sheet metal skills to do just wandering if anyone has some kinda pattern. thanks

I've never seen a pattern, but if you are sheet metal guy all you have to do is pull a couple of measurements and bend away. The ones that SLP sells just cut the back out of the current extension and then add a piece on.

We've made them for the older sleds I'd just bend the extension like the tunnel just taper the lower lip to match taper of tunnel . It's a whole heck of lot cheaper than spending a $ 100 or so !
