Just read this incredibly moving article. Some of you may remember hearing about this, happened outside of Stevens Pass ski resort in WA. Its a solemn reminder to be safe and speak your mind when in a group.

Listen to the recordings too, one 911 call you can hear them giving CPR in the background, and the call from 911 to SP ski patrol is heart wrenching. One of the most well written and moving pieces I've read/experienced.
