Tunnel cooler

Anyone know were you get this aluminum channel to build tunnel cooler with , looking for 4" wide 4-5 feet of it , anyplace in Red Deer Or Alberta ?

I assume your talking about the standard looking cooler material. I have had good luck on e bay searching for deals on used pieces. It is quite a bit cheaper if you are patient. I search radiator or cooler or coolent ...
There is a large u cooler in the chassis swap right now that may save some headache of building one.
