Tunnel Cooler options

So in straightening my bent tunnel, by dumb *** brother stomped on it and overbent it (long story) now a crack has formed at a rivet for the cooler running down the tunnel. Not sure whether to have it welded or just replace it with an aftermarket one.

THoughts? Any affordable options to aftermarket coolers etc?

I punched a hole in the center of my heat exchange with a rock, welded it up with a mig welder and a spool gun, it welded up pretty easy, i'm sure you could weld yours or get someone to do it, preferably with a tig welder.

I pulled the track out, and laid it on the side.

Just be quick, you don't want to transfer heat to the gas tank which is on the other side of the tunnel, that could be baaaad.

Thanks Snodawg, I might end up doing that now. I assume your tunnel has the heat exchanger? Im curious how much work it is to change out a tunnel.......
