Its a 16 axys snowcheck im looking at buying.
That's what I was thinking. I'm curious what happened as well. If that is all the damage, then no worries. But...
First thing I thought of when I seen this post.

Looks to me like it ghost rode into a low stump or rock to do that damage. If the track had been turning, the damage should have been less sever as it would likely have rolled over the obstacle, rather than shoving the driveshaft straight back and ripping the flange from the bolts. I'm really surprised the steel ripped before the aluminum did.
This is a different sled than that 155 salvage sled. I should probably get ahold of van amburg and see of they have a plate in the works
From the photo; it does not look to me like the tunnel is bent / ripped bad enough to bother. Replace the bearing flange (I have a box of them if you want one cheap) and check the driveshaft for damage (as it had to have taken a serious hit to rip the steel flange.
Before you commit to purchase, I'd go over it extremely well so there are no surprises.
Ok. Ya i plan on going over it really close. Its at a dealer that i am really close to. Very good friends.
Well i got an email back from van amburg and i dont think ill ever do business with them as they gave me a one word response which was "no". I would think they would say something else about it. Maybe like no we havent heard of a problem on the axys or another suggestion. I guess ill look elsewhere. Maybe have to have something custom made or look for a different sled to buy. You guys have anymore help?

3" Track? You could do some hammering, Replace the both flanges and maybe the driver.
