Who does a rebuild on TSS shock rebuilds? What is the best pump for pumping up the TSS shock to 500 pounds?

Has any one done the x-tune on the tss?
I thought it was a huge improvement on my riot kit. I’m sure just getting it rebuilt helped though since it was a four-year-old TSS. Bottomed the front shock way less.
