Just received a new fit kit from Polaris for my 07KTM that I am putting on a '14 TS ST.
Anyone else have issues with bushings being a tad too big?
The inner bushing is about 1.5mm too big and looks like I'm going to have to grind it down a bit.
Doesn't seem as though I should have to do that so wondering if anyone else had same issue.
TIP: As posted by an other on this site, if the inner plastic bushings are too tight ream them out a bit so you can get the bushing back off later if you need, I did not see that until after and now they are a permanent part of the kit as they wont budge or turn.
Also, no instructions came with the fit kit either, and they are including strut bars/bushings for other bikes with the kit (Waste of money that they are charging us for), seems like Polaris is really dropping the ball on this.
I had absolutely no problems with the fit kits that came directly from TS when I put it on my WR.
