TS 10 world premier party video

We drove from seattle to spokane to see the first showing of the TS 10 video. It was not what we expected. Some of the best mountain climbing riders are hardly even in the video. There is definately some new great riders and still some of the riders from befor. What happened to brad story, wes little, dan bush, shawn hastings, ect these riders have some very small parts in the new video. Gotta say all the riders in the video are good riders but i think it is missing some of the great riders. Sorry not bashing just think it good have been better.

Shawn was there. It was way less than expected. I shouldve stayed home and went racing. I wouldve saved money even with a $100.0 entry.

Not riders there

Shawn was there in attendance but not in the video. The previous thunderstruck films always had the top riders doing things that would blow your mind and really impress the average rider. This video was not that it was no comparison to the earlier thunderstrucks. I was missing the riders in the movies not in attendance not in the movie premier.

I thought it was a great time.I want to thank all the people from TS for putting this on. I say kudos.My wife and I do quite a few events in a year and know how much time and effort goes into preparation.Where else could you go and watch such amazing climbing and riding in 90 deg weather while sipping on a cold brew not to mention all the cool stuff you could win.I am diggig my new 509 goggles.Plus getting to talk to the riders I always thought Randy was taller.
I would have enjoyed the going out after had we not already spent 2hrs on the road to get their and then drive home 2hrs. If their is a next time I will get a room for sure.
So again thank TS for your dedication to the sport and the risk you all take to bring these videos to us and keeping us aware of avalanches.

I hope Shawn's arm is healed enough to ride this season. He's one of my favorite athletes for sure... Could be because he rocks a turbo Cat

Can't wait to see TS10, I'm sure Jim set the bar as usual.

Thunderstruck 6-9 great not 10

Dont get me wrong i loved thunderstruck 6-9 could not get enough of the extreme riding but if you are a big fan of thunderstruck like i am i think you will be a little disappointed. JMO check it out and tell me.

not happy what happened

I just watched the new thunderstruck 10 movie and was very disappointed with this movie. The prior thunderstruck movies were always great with great riders. What happened to the guys that made thunderstruck what it is today? I watched the movie and kept waiting for the usuall great riding but no. This is a SAD SAD day in the movie market when you take a video series with all the extreme riders doing all of the extreme climbs ect and now you have two or three doing this in the new one. Thanks to Randy, Julio, and trennis for their parts but what happened to evryone else. No Brad Story? Why would you take one of the best extreme riders on the snow and not even give him more than 10 seconds in the video. Wes Little 10 seconds. Give me a break thunderstruck used to be something prior to this video now it is just like the rest of the poorly put together videos. Bring back the guys that made thunderstruck what it is supposed to be. We want the great riders doing some great climbs. I dont buy these videos to watch sixteen year old kids. Thanks but I will not purchase or recommend anyone purchase your videos again. dont

just throwing this out there. Jim mentioned at the premier that Shawn got hurt last season and spent much of the season working to get back into the game... I think Amy was eluding to that above...

Just goes to show you never really know what's going on out there and I'm SURE there are reasons some for the big dogs weren't present in this latest film... (Shawn, can I make a crack about you getting hurt shoveling your driveway!! heheheheh sorry, just trying to lighten things up in here!)

Good to see it wasn't just me who was disappointed with the new movie. Watched the DVD last weekend and appreciated the work that went into making the movie, but nothing jumped out as exciting to watch. Not even any good trash talking or practical jokes between the riders, just point and shoot climbing.

Well nice to know im not alone

I thought it was just me. I was very unhappy from the first time i saw the movie. I think if you you want to make movies about extreme sports and riding you need some of the best riders to do it. Thunderstruck had this prior to TS10 but has sense lost its edge. Bring back the brad storys, shawn hastings, wes little, doc, ect and lets see some of the extreme riders from the previous thunderstruck movies. Im not saying the riders in the new video arent good they are i just miss seeing some of the best.

You can't leave Mr Dan( the BIG hair dryer) Bush out. He had a nice segment in this movie.

Tried to watch it again CANT

Tried to watch it again and just kept thinking the same as i said befor i sure miss the guys that made thunderstruck what it was. I stopped and put in thunderstruck nine to watch it and realized what i was missing. Sorry i wont post on this again but if anyone wants a thunderstruck 10 video i will sell mine for $10 send me a pm but i will warn you i think you will be sadly disapointed.
