I know the econmomy is bad. But i would like to get my shop a little or alot more business open to ideas? I have a large section of sled diesel and some bike and atv parts thanks looking for contructive ideas

Seems like some of the guys that are really active on forums tend to build a following. Even giving discounts, steep discounts, to forum members, just to move volume and increase awarness in the market.
What kind of advertising do you do?
Sponsor some local talent? Get your name out there.
What kind of web presence do you have. A link to your website in your sig is pretty basic tactic... I see you have none?
Company decal? My friend has a suspension shop and gets more business from the hundreds of free stickers he hands out at events. Its like a business card that people don't throw away. The better the design the more likely they will stick it instead of chuck it.
Get active in your local community. Portraying your company in a positive light will help bring in customers.
Hold events at your shop...even a little BBQ. You will be surprised how many people show up for free food.
Once you have them in offer products at a fair price and make sure your customer service is the tops.

i would like to find some one that could build a good web page i have done this for 7 years and would like to get in the game with hpe and others
Determine what needs you have and look for a web page service provider. This way you just modify the look and feel and use their service for stuff like managing inventory and online sales, emailing customers directly from your webpage, etc. Our club uses Wild Apricot and it works very well and is very affordable. You probably need something that is more business friendly with shopping carts. Don't overpay someone to custom make yours. I think we pay $250 a year.
