Trying to decide on a trailer

Looking at a new trailer to replace our 2 place Pace. We really like the versatility of the Mirage Xtreme Sports with the inset tires and a nice tall ceiling but are a little lerry at some of the problems people have reported. What other options do we have? Wanting something in the 20-24' range, would prefer aluminum.

Thanks

I bought a 2010 Triton PR168, I coundent be more impressed with the quality.

I opted to finish it myself, insulate, furnace and so on.

I know they are a little more money.............. but !

I'm glad you like your trailer Rprecision. It is a really nice one.

You might be interested in a Triton LowBoy or LowBoy Heavy Duty. They have the lower deck profile with the inner fenders. They also still have the front V-nose with the ramp in it for easy unloading of sleds. The old saying goes "you get what you pay for", thats as much true for trailers as alot of other things. Most guys expect their trailers to last a really long time as they should. If its not made out of good material with great craftsmanship it will fail quickly. This is especially true up in the mountains and rougher country. I'd be glad to talk about some of the things you should look for in a well built trailer if you would like to.

Just my $.02 :)

I have the same trailer but a 2008. Id love to see pictures of your set up.

Mirage

I just picked up an 05 21' v-nose enclosed mirage trailer and I love it!. I was skeptical about the trailer because of their issues so I picked up a used one that had the problems already worked out (didn't have any) plus it had everything already done, shelves, heater ect. I love the mirage because of the headroom inset wheels and rock guards all around, but could'nt risk having issues with a new one over the season.
