truck tires......help!!!!!!

I Have a 07 f350 (NOT A DUALLY) with 18 inch wheels .
I get about 20000 miles out of a set of tires.
they cost me $200 apiece and the traction sucks.

Ok here is the question where can I get some 19.5 rims that will fit my truck

I can buy deep lug 19.5 tires for $100 apiece
