Triton trailer. Busted door hinge pin. I'm stumped?

As the title says, one of the hinge pins on the rear ramp door parted ways. Broke, slid out I dunno?
But there is no way to get to it to put a new bolt or pin in the hinge. Seems like the hinge mounts/end caps on the tubing that supports the door were welded on after the hinge was assembled.
Only way I can figure to fix it is to cut a section out of the tube on each side big enough to get a bolt back thru it.
Anyone ever deal with this?
Looks like a $2 repair will be an all day project.
Thanks for any help

Well no way to fix it without cutting into the door mount frame. Drilled/cut a hole in the top of the alum frame and was able to slide a new bolt in.
One side of the hinge mount is threaded and the bolt is Mia. Like ran a magnet all the way down in the frame tube and didn't pull out anything! Aluminum bolt?
Anyhow it was a easy 30 min fix. Not as bad as I thought.
