There aren't many reviews of these out there, so I thought I'd share.
I've been towing a two place open with a 1/2 ton for many years. After getting new sleds this year I decided they needed a better home, but wasn't interested in buying a bigger truck.
At 995lbs the TC128 feels lighter than my old steel open 2 plance when I move it around by hand in the driveway. Towing at 70mph on the freeway, and up the hills to the pass, was a breeze. I don't notice any difference between it and my open trailer.
The trailer appears to be very well built and I'm impressed with their attention to detail. It's clear that Triton understands the little things and didn't skimp out on this lower end trailer.
It does have a low ceiling height (63"), but loading up while sitting down worked just fine. This clearly isn't a trailer you're going to hang out in for extended periods of time, but this hybrid concept of a clamshell w/ a real back door ramp is just the ticket for smaller tow vehicles.
I'm very impressed so far and give it two thumbs up!
