Trimming the fat on an XP

I have an 09 154 X arriving soon . . I am looking for ways to trim weight, add HP. without going overboard. Lets hear some ideas:beer;

I am already considering the SLP pipe, Fox Floats, and removing the sway bar.
any oppinions on these?

trim the fat

Not trying to be a dic over here, but when it come to triming the fat, its probly cheaper and easier to go on the " quit eating so much diet " power to weight ratio: ? i'm 5:8 and weigh 160 pounds. How much do you weigh? i know diets suck, but the performance of your sled depends on it. like i said i'm not trying to be a dic

sure sounds like yer bein a dic! I'm 6' -3" & 180 lbs. pretty sure I don't need to lose weight. I want to make my sled as light as possible. I'll wave to you when I pass ya on the hill:beer;

Here are some pics of my mod TNT at 385 dry with 16X137X1.75

Pipe/can about 10 to 12 lbs
Oil injection delete, about 10 lbs AND you can see stuff under there!!
Floats on front end, couple lbs
Floats in rear skid, mine only weighs about 32 lbs. Lots of different skid options this year, I built mine
Lots of holes in hood, side panels etc screened , few more lbs.
etc. etc.

Nice job LRD. Looks sweet . . . I won't get too carried away this year, just some simple bolt ons to start. maybe get more aggressive once the warranty goes away.
