So, has anyone noticed a difference in the service quality at TriCity in Centerville since Max has left? I don't typically use them, I go to Springville and Tracy is awesome. Just curious if any difference has been noticed up north.

Who's running the service department up in Centerville now?

YES. read my thread going somewhere else.

It seems the same to me.... "Centerville Sledders" thread was a bad experience for him for sure, but that is not the new normal there now. Business is too tough these days to blow off a reputation like TCP has. The TCP family is too smart to let that happen.

You would certainly think that, but there is a reason I drive by TCP twice a day and still drive up to Triple S in Ogden. I only go to TCP if I have to.

Tracy is awesome! :cheer2:

TCP used to get my repair business, but not anymore. I will still buy parts and oil there since they are just a few miles from the house, but my sled will be going to Layton Cycle (Erik) or MVP (Derek) for repairs. Layton Cycle had my sled in and back out the next day knowing that snowmobiles take prioroty over dirt bikes this time of year (Instead of last in last out).

TCP has taken great care of me for years, and still does. Max is a good friend, and him leaving is a loss to the sledding community in general. Dereck is a stud, and will make great things happen at MVP in Evanston. Mike is a mainstay in Centerville and has always taken great care of me. Lonnie is over service, and has been great with me. Jeff, Trish, Peggy, Kurt, and the rest do a great job, and have for a long time. I could give you a hundred, or more, positive experiences I've had with TCP Centerville. I'm not naive to the fact there are other good dealers/service out there. But, just like in my business, the good competition typically makes the good get better!

This is not a paid advertisement....but, I am willing to consider it! lol :face-icon-small-ton

My fellow sledders,
If you have had a negative experience in any way we would really like to hear about it! We strive to provide the best customer service around and that requires criticism both positive and negative to help keep us on track and on top. So please feel free to contact myself (Ben Eaton), Mike Poulsen, or Tommy George at either store if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. We value your input and feel free to remain anonymous if you like. Thanks again, and ride all you can before the snow melts!

I was always told if you don't have anything nice to say, keep your mouth shut.

I have nothing to say about the Centerville store.:face-icon-small-dis

I haven't dealt much with the centerville store besides the purchase of my sled, but after that I do a lot with the springville store. They are a great bunch of guys (and lady). Always great to answer questions and willing to take time out of their schedule to run you up on the hill and help with clutching or even invite you for the occasional week day ride.
For customer service you can't beat the springville store. They are always friendly and always have a smile when you walk in. Tracy is a great mechanic and gets your sled in and out quickly so you don't have much if any down time.

Thanks again tcp springville!

Like it has been said Customer service for sales and parts is great and I love all the people. But service has fallen flat on its face. I have moved my business else because of it and it wasn't a small problem I had with them. That and in talking to a lot of people on SW and out of SW im not the only one who had the same problems. I have had a lot of sleds fixed at Tri City in the past and they have always done a great job, but this years BIG problem ruined a long standing relationship. I felt ripped off I spent a lot of money and they did nothing to my sled really NOTHING except go over it, didn't fix a thing. The guys and girls are great I have long standing friendships with a lot of the people down there and hope to keep them. But it is not the Tri-city Centerville of old, in the service department. Sales and Parts STILL an A+.

I can't speak for the service sideof the store, but I was out in Utah last month and needed a sled to complete my trip. Mike Poulsen took very good care of me from the initial phone call to picking up the sled and accessories.

Justin...I have no idea what you went through with TCP Centerville, or anyone else with concerns for that matter. It appears, however, my experiences with their current service department have been much different than yours'! As a business owner myself, I value the opinion of my customers. I can't fix a problem if I am unaware it exists. I know TCP does their best to keep all aspects of their business running at an exceptional level. Providing them the opportunity to hear your concerns face to face makes a lot more sense to me....just a thought and friendly request from me.
