Trails West RPM Furnace quit....

Anyone have any experience with the furnace no longer working? As far as I can tell all fuses are in tact and the dial timer seems to be functional. It was working fine last night and just stopped. Accessory blower is not working either.... Thanks for any help. The 20amp fuse mounted in the outlet is the only one I struggle with verifying if it is functional, so maybe that?

Thanks for any help

I am sorry but I will ask a dumb question, Is the main power switch on? Not sure what year it is but some of the heaters had plastic fans and if the main power was shut off before cool down it can kill the heater. I may be totally off track but just throwing out some suggestions. I haven't had any issues with my 2017 Burandt and I hope I don't.

Yes the main switch was on and everything was working and bang, it stopped working. It was actually hooked to shore power as well so I am scratching my head. Thanks!

Take your meter set it to ohms, see if u have continuity threw fuse, if fuse is good, turn power on check voltage, if you have voltage go to your timer/ stat, turn so contacts close, check voltage, if u have voltage across the contacts, bad stat, to confirm take jumper wire and jumper contacts. If contacts are closed u need to read your schematic for furnace, limit switch, roll out switch, control board

Thank you! Will do this today!

After talking with Trails West, which by the way, their customer support was amazing, it looks like I have a failed circuit board. Thanks for all the advice and since it's still under warranty, now I have to deal with RV dealers to get it fixed.

The Trails West dealer you bought it from won't be able to take care of that for you, being in warranty and all?

No this problem needs to go to a Atwood Dealer due to the fact it's a RV furnace. Trying to get a mobile RV repair person to come out so I do not lose my trailer for weeks waiting for parts

So does this run off of 120v power?
If so, check the voltage on the secondary side of the control transformer. It should read 23v to 25v. That's what powers the control board. If you have to much voltage on the secondary side it will take out the new control board as well.
